Shipping and Customs Taxation Policy
All products available at Quality are of international and national origin and are shipped directly from our warehouses in the United States, Brazil, Sweden and Asia to the address provided at the time of purchase and all products that arrived at customs after 04/10/2023 are subject to taxation.
Purchases made may take up to a maximum of 2 days to be processed and, after processing, orders may take up to a maximum of 5 days to be posted.
Our delivery time is 3 to 18 business days after the order is posted.
In certain cases, this delivery period may be extended by a few more days due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, etc., situations beyond our control. The delivery period varies according to the agility of the Post Office, which can vary greatly from region to region.
If the stipulated period has passed without receiving the merchandise, we will contact the process agents (transporters, customs and post office) to find out where your merchandise is. However, if the merchandise is not received within 60 days, we will refund your purchase in FULL!
Despite the extended delivery time, we guarantee that you will love it and it will be worth the wait! And if you don't love it when it arrives, we also have a return policy so that you won't feel dissatisfied in any way.
Please note that you may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry, this is completely normal.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped nationally/internationally, you will receive a tracking code via email or mobile phone provided during registration. After the product has been posted, it may take up to 3 days for you to receive the tracking code and be able to check the route information.
Delivery not made - Incorrect address or no postman at the address
Quality will arrange for the products to be sent to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to ensure that there are no problems with the delivery of your order, we ask that you be careful when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order, so that it is not filled in incorrectly or incompletely. Our system automatically processes orders based on the address provided; we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
It is important that you provide the means for delivery to be made to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) delivery attempts and the product being returned to the Post Office, you will have to pick up the order at the nearest Post Office. All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in the event of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store.
Storage fees are charged if the package is not collected within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the order does not collect it, according to the Post Office's rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and the customer will have to pay a new shipping fee to resend the product. If the customer cancels the purchase and does not accept the resending, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded minus the shipping fee (even if the item was purchased under a Free Shipping promotion), considering that Quality was charged twice for shipping, when sending to the requested address and when returning to the supplier.
Recipient Absent
Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office will make three attempts to deliver products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office branch closest to the address. In this case, the recipient of the package will need to collect it from the Post Office branch within 7 calendar days.

There may be a slight variation in color due to each user's monitor, which may vary by one to two shades (lighter or darker) from the actual color of the product.
Customs: In the event of customs fees being applied to purchased products, the burden of payment falls on the buyer, to be made when collecting the product from the Post Office. It should be noted that Qualityk acts as a business intermediary and does not have direct control over the movement of goods, therefore, it is not responsible for paying these fees.
