Shipping, exchanges and returns

Delivery:
The estimated time for delivery of products covers a range of 3 to 18 business days after the order is posted.


However, it is important to note that there are exceptional circumstances that may extend this period, and such situations are related to events that are not under our direct influence. These events include operational delays, strikes, significant peaks in demand in postal services, and regional variations that may affect delivery times.


If your merchandise does not arrive within the stipulated period, we will contact those responsible for the delivery process to track the location of your order. Therefore, after 60 days, if the merchandise is not received, we will proceed with a FULL refund of the purchase.
Despite the extended delivery time, we guarantee that the wait will be worth it, and if you are not satisfied with the product when you receive it, we offer a return policy for your convenience.

Please remember that it is possible to receive more than one package, due to the fact that products may come from different suppliers and stocks.

Order Tracking:
The tracking code will be sent to the buyer via email or mobile phone as soon as the product is dispatched for delivery. The tracking email will contain the information needed to track the delivery status.
The buyer can use the tracking code provided to track the delivery status of the product.
The buyer is responsible for tracking the progress of the delivery using the tracking code provided. Any problems or delays in delivery must be reported to the seller immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

Delivery Address:

DELIVERY NOT MADE DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS:

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase. The company assumes no responsibility for delays or incorrect deliveries that may occur due to inaccurate, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is accurate and up to date in order to ensure efficient and timely delivery. In cases of product returns due to incorrect delivery information, the customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipment.
It is important to note that the Post Office will make up to three attempts to deliver the product. If the recipient is not found within three attempts, the product will be returned to the Post Office, and the customer will be responsible for going to the indicated agency and collecting the product.


Storage fees are charged if the package is not collected within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the package does not collect it, according to the Post Office rules, the package will be returned to the Sender, and the customer will have to pay a new shipping fee to resend the product.


If the customer cancels the purchase and does not accept the reshipment, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded, minus the shipping cost (even if the item was purchased under a Free Shipping promotion), considering that Quality was charged twice for shipping, when sending to the requested address and when returning to the supplier.


NO POSTMAN'S ANSWER AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN
In some cases, there is no postman at the address. Therefore, the customer must collect the merchandise from the post office closest to their address, which will be indicated on the tracking page on the post office website, when using the tracking code provided by the store.

ABSENT RECIPIENT

Please make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products.
The Post Office makes 3 (three) delivery attempts, and if there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office closest to the address, and, in this case, it will be necessary for the recipient of the package to collect it from the Post Office within 7 calendar days.

Cancellation of purchase before delivery is made:

In cases of withdrawal from the purchase when the item is already in transit, even if the product has not arrived at the consumer's residence, it is necessary for the consumer to IMMEDIATELY contact Quality's Support, to receive the appropriate instructions on how to proceed when contacted by the Post Office and, thus, not incur any burden in relation to the order.
If this contact is not made, the consumer is hereby informed that he/she will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.


Additional Information:

There may be a slight variation in color, due to each user's monitor, which may change one to two shades (lighter or darker) of the actual color of the product.

Taxation policies:
The consumer is aware that, as the product purchased is imported, it may be subject to taxation, in accordance with Ordinance MF No. 156/99.


In this case, the consumer is aware that such amounts will be his/her sole responsibility, and may choose one of the following options:

1- Payment of the amounts calculated by the responsible Brazilian bodies (60% calculated on the value of the product + shipping)

2- Request to cancel the product, in which case the amounts paid will be fully refunded within 90 (ninety) business days.
