Shipping and Deadlines

Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.

Purchases made may take up to a maximum of 2 days to be processed and, after processing, orders may take up to a maximum of 3 days to be posted.

Delivery time will be between 3 to 18 business days.

If there are customs delays and the order is held in Brazil, this period until release does not count as delivery time.

After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the post office does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.

If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will refund your purchase in FULL immediately after these verification steps.

The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email between 2 to 5 business days after confirmation of your order.

If your order was made using the Boleto Bancário option, the time between payment and bank clearance can take up to 5 business days.
